We’re Introducing Blinx PACO – A New Way to Access Your GP Practice
From 15th April 2025, we will be switching to a new online consultation system called Blinx PACO.
This is part of our ongoing commitment to improve access, reduce waiting times on the phone, and ensure your information is handled more securely and efficiently. Blinx PACO will become your new Digital Front Door to the practice – making it easier to submit medical and administrative requests online.
What does this mean for you?
Easier access: You’ll be able to submit medical or admin queries directly via our website, at a time that suits you, during our opening hours.
Streamlined experience: The system is designed to collect the right information first time, helping us triage your request and get you the right care quicker.
No need for passwords: Simply log in using your NHS number and date of birth. A secure code will be sent to your contact details for verification.
Faster responses: Your query will go directly to the appropriate team, reducing the need for back-and-forth phone calls.
Improved privacy: Blinx ensures your details are kept secure and helps us communicate with you in a more confidential and personalised way.
Our phone lines are still open
We know not everyone is comfortable using online systems. That’s okay – our phone lines will remain open, and our reception care navigators will continue to support anyone who needs help submitting a request.
Bear with us during the transition
As with any new system, there may be a few teething problems. We really appreciate your patience while we get used to this new way of working.
If you experience any issues or would like to share feedback, please do get in touch via email, nhsnwl.premiermedicalcentre@nhs.net – your input helps us improve.
