GP Partners
Dr Arun Notaney is passionate about innovating in healthcare and continuously improving the patient experience. He has a particular interest in integrating technology to enhance patient care, and leads on education and training across the practice and wider federation.

One of the most experienced GPs in Wembley, Dr Chander Notaney has been practising for over 51 years, demonstrating a remarkable career of continuous dedication to patient care. Alongside his clinical work, he has written and published four books, with a fifth currently in progress. He has a particular interest in diabetes, dermatology, asthma, and minor surgery.
With 49 years in general practice, Dr Sushila Notaney brings an extraordinary depth of experience to her patients. She specialises in women's health, including contraception, menopause, and cervical cytology, and also offers acupuncture, IUD fitting, and pessary fitting. She is known by her patients as polite, approachable, and genuinely caring.

Dr Khalid values the continuity of care that general practice offers, understanding not only a patient's medical needs, but the personal, emotional, and social factors that shape their health. She is known for being compassionate, calm under pressure, and thorough, with a commitment to making every patient feel listened to and involved in their own care. She also speaks Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, which helps her connect with many of the communities she serves.
Dr Shah is a friendly, approachable GP with a particular interest in dermatology. She takes a thoughtful, thorough approach to every consultation, and is committed to safeguarding the welfare of her patients across the practice.
Dr Banerjee is a friendly, approachable GP who takes time to understand each patient's individual needs. He is committed to providing thorough, attentive care and building good relationships with the patients he sees.
Dr Bakhai is a friendly and approachable GP who values getting to know her patients over time. She has a particular interest in continuity of care, believing that seeing familiar faces and building trusted relationships leads to better outcomes for patients and their families. She takes a thorough, patient-centred approach to every consultation.
Pharmacy Team
Mukesh is passionate about empowering patients to improve and manage their own health. He combines strong clinical expertise with a love of innovation, constantly looking for processes and tools that can help both staff and patients. He is known for being approachable, patient, and genuinely helpful.
Mehek has extensive experience in both acute and long-term condition management, working closely with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health concerns — from same-day acute presentations to ongoing management of chronic conditions. She has undertaken additional training in clinical examination, physical assessment, and children's health.
Zainab loves helping patients and working collaboratively to make shared decisions about their health and wellbeing. She is known for being friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, making clinical conversations feel comfortable and accessible.
Clinical Support

Management Team
Seema leads the overall management and operation of Premier Medical Centre, combining strong operational expertise with a calm, balanced, and people-focused approach. She is analytical, solutions-focused, and deeply committed to patient care and team development, with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating patient services across a large and growing practice.
Bhavika started at PMC in reception ten years ago, and her instinct for operational improvement has taken her to her current role overseeing day-to-day practice operations. She is motivated by helping patients, supporting colleagues, and finding better ways to do things. She is known as a problem solver, approachable and supportive, someone who keeps the practice running smoothly while remaining grounded in what matters most: the community she serves.

Reception & Admin
As Reception Supervisor, Annie's priority is ensuring patients have a positive experience from the moment they arrive or call. She is motivated by knowing she can make a real difference, helping patients access the care they need and supporting her colleagues to provide the best possible service. She has an in-depth knowledge of the appointments system and is always happy to help patients find the right route to support.
Kavita manages patient registrations, coordinates baby vaccination programmes, and ensures clinicians' clinics run efficiently. She is known by her colleagues as organised, reliable, and highly detail-oriented, always willing to help with a query, and consistently delivering a high standard of service. She understands that navigating healthcare can feel overwhelming at times, and takes pride in making the process as smooth and clear as possible for every patient.
Roopa's role sits across patient experience, complaints, HR support, wellbeing, communications, and digital access, joining the dots between what patients need, what the team needs, and how the practice can keep improving. She is known for being approachable, empathetic, and solutions-focused, calm and fair, with a talent for turning feedback into clearer processes and better communication. Her background in media, communications, and people management helps her look at problems from both a human and practical angle.
Anisha finds genuine satisfaction in helping patients and supporting the wider team. She is known as friendly, helpful, and approachable, someone who makes every interaction feel easy and positive.
A natural people-person with over 30 years of administrative experience, Rashmi is one of the familiar and much-loved faces of the PMC reception team. Patients and colleagues alike value her warmth, reliability, and genuine commitment to helping everyone who comes through the door.
Shabina brings a strong work ethic and a keen eye for anticipating what the practice needs. She handles reception and administrative duties with efficiency and a personal touch, making patients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they arrive or call.
Palak is passionate about being the first point of contact for patients, ensuring everyone feels listened to, respected, and supported, particularly those who may be worried or unwell. She remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes real pride in contributing to a welcoming, compassionate experience for every person who contacts the practice.
Sejal enjoys helping people and making a positive difference, she values being part of a close-knit, supportive team, and is always looking to learn new things from those around her. Patients would describe her as warm, kind, and helpful, someone who genuinely cares about making every person feel welcome and comfortable.
Tanvi is energetic and patient-focused, known for her bubbly personality, her warmth, and her genuine care for patients throughout their healthcare journey. She takes pride in identifying what patients need, offering guidance and reassurance, and ensuring that every person who contacts the practice has a positive experience. Nothing gives her more satisfaction than a patient leaving with a smile.
