A Few Things to Know
Please allow up to 3 working days for prescriptions to be processed and sent to your nominated pharmacy.
We use the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) — once you’ve nominated a pharmacy, your prescription is sent there automatically, with no paper needed.
Run Out Unexpectedly?
Under the Urgent Provision of Repeat Medication Service, your pharmacist or 111 may be able to give you a further supply of a medicine you’ve previously been prescribed, without waiting for a new prescription from us. Speak to your pharmacist directly.
Always order in good time — don’t wait until you’ve run out.
